I’m a Clinical Psychologist trained and registered in the UK, and I'm here to help. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand unhelpful coping patterns and to learn different ways to cope with change. I can offer you therapy online: from the comfort of your own home, at work to fit in with your busy schedule or anywhere that is convenient for you.
As for the future it remains unwritten .... The best we can do with the future is to prepare and savour the possibilities of what can be done in the present.

My Approach
I implement evidence-based therapy methods tailored to you in order to instil self-understanding and encourage you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. My main therapy approaches are CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Therapy. I was trained to look at 'what works for whom' and thus I believe it is important to use therapies that have an evidence base and we know 'work'. But not 'one size fits all', "the shoe that fits one person pinches another" (Carl Jung, Psychoanalyst) and the same goes for therapy. It is important to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a process that will need participation and investment from you. The more you put in the more you will get out! Making small changes to unhelpful behaviours and learning ways to cope with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can make such a difference to your life. I want to help you be the best version of you that you can be.
