About Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted a career that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology at A-level, a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited degree at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and a doctorate to specialise in Clinical Psychology at University College London (UCL). Since 2005 I have worked for the NHS, first as an Assistant Psychologist and later as a qualified Clinical Psychologist.  I have recently started my own small private practice offering online therapy to those living in the UK. I am trained to work with people across the lifespan, from children to older adults and with people with varying mental health difficulties from depression and anxiety to bereavement and relationship difficulties. I have a special interest in Eating Disorders and have a wealth of experience in this area. I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
